The Opportunity

Denali is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate demand generation, strengthen marketing operations, and improve how prospects move through our commercial pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, testing ideas quickly, and using data to guide decisions.

You'll work across paid media, marketing automation, CRM workflows, analytics, and campaign strategy to create a connected customer journey from first touch through sales conversion. You won't inherit a static playbook—you'll help build it.

This role partners closely with sales, creative, content, and external agencies to launch campaigns that drive measurable business growth. You'll report to Kia Knuckles and play a key role in shaping how Denali scales marketing performance nationwide.

What You'll Do
  • Build and launch demand generation campaigns in partnership with internal creative/content teams and external agencies.
  • Manage paid media strategy and performance across search, social, retargeting, and digital advertising channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversion rates, efficiency, and return on ad spend.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, email campaigns, forms, and advertising creative.
  • Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows across the customer lifecycle using platforms such as Pardot or similar systems.
  • Own marketing lead flow processes, including lead intake, routing logic, lifecycle stages, scoring, and sales handoff coordination.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve speed-to-lead, lead quality feedback loops, and pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify friction points, conversion gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Track and report on marketing and pipeline KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and influenced revenue.
  • Coordinate with agency partners and vendors, establish performance expectations, and ensure accountability against goals.
  • Identify gaps in the marketing technology ecosystem and recommend scalable solutions for integrations, attribution tracking, and reporting.
  • Create dashboards and executive-ready reporting that translate campaign performance into actionable business insights.
  • Support website conversion optimization initiatives and customer journey improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations and recruiting marketing stakeholders on regional growth initiatives when needed.
  • Maintain marketing compliance standards related to data privacy, consent management, and digital communications.
KPIs That Define Success
  • Marketing qualified leads (MQLs) generated and conversion to sales accepted leads (SALs)
  • Pipeline contribution and influenced revenue
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Lead response time and speed-to-lead improvements
  • Landing page and campaign conversion rates
  • CRM and marketing automation data accuracy
  • Funnel conversion performance across lifecycle stages
  • Website traffic growth and engagement quality
  • Marketing attribution accuracy and reporting consistency
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing paid search, paid social, and digital campaign performance.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations and action plans.
  • Experience building workflows, lead routing systems, and lifecycle automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience sharing results with leadership teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and agency teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience scaling marketing systems in a multi-location or field-services environment.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and customer journey analytics.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation, or CRM administration.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and performance contracts.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with a history of improving campaign performance through testing.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and commercial sales processes.
  • Experience working in sustainability, environmental services, logistics, industrial services, or related industries.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pardot are a plus.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conference, and in person.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
  • Occasional travel for meetings, site visits, conferences, or team collaboration.
  • Work is primarily performed in an office or hybrid office environment with standard business equipment.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
