  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and their integration with enterprise technologies.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and supporting enterprise-wide ERP implementations using structured project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ERP configuration, planning modules, EDI processes, and business process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in multicultural, matrixed, and fast-paced global environments.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%, with a valid driver's license.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, APICS, PMP, or PRINCE2 are considered a strong advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based bonus or incentive opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Generous paid time off and company-supported leave programs.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package supporting health, financial wellness, and work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work on global transformation initiatives within an innovative life sciences environment.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities within a collaborative international organization.
