About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of our marketing function, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You'll work within the commercial strategy set by the CCO and have full ownership of executing and continuously improving marketing activities against it.
The role will focus on supporting growth across the UK, US & EU markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious B2B marketer who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants real ownership. You'll be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and communications, working closely with teams across the business to help drive commercial growth.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage agencies or delegate work. You'll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves: creating content, launching campaigns, analysing results, and making things happen. Equally, you'll know when specialist expertise is needed and be confident managing external agencies, freelancers, and consultants to deliver great outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing & Campaigns- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Develop campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinars, content, and events.
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance using data and customer insights.
- Measure marketing performance against agreed KPIs and identify opportunities to improve results.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Own the day-to-day management of the Strolll website and digital marketing channels.
- Create engaging content including blogs, customer stories, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Manage Strolll's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and regular engagement.
- Support SEO, paid advertising, and website optimisation, working with specialist partners where appropriate.
Events & Sales Enablement
- Plan and deliver tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and customer events across the UK and US.
- Maximise return on investment from events through effective planning, lead capture, and follow-up.
- Develop marketing materials and sales enablement content that help the commercial team engage customers and accelerate opportunities.
Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing projects from concept through execution.
- Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and specialist suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track campaign performance using marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly and report on marketing performance to the CCO.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing activities align with customer needs and business priorities.
- Gather customer and market insights to continuously improve campaigns, messaging, and customer engagement.
- Support the wider business with marketing expertise wherever needed.
Skillls & Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within health tech, med tech, or digital health.
- Proven ability to market to UK, EU and US audiencesāunderstanding regional nuances, healthcare regulations, and patient behaviours.
- Broad experience in social media, content marketing, events, digital marketing, and email marketing
- Experience supporting lead generation and working closely with sales teams.
- Confidence managing external agencies, freelancers, and specialist suppliers.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, able to turn clinical or technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Experience using CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track and optimize marketing performance based on key metrics.
- Creative mindsetāable to spot trends, develop unique campaign ideas, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Strong project management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 50,000 GBP per year(Hybrid - Stafford HQ)
