You will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, component patterns, and development practices from the earliest stages.
Working primarily with React and TypeScript, you will create scalable, high-quality user interfaces for complex enterprise environments.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help define and build a modern frontend foundation while contributing to a high-performing engineering culture. You will take ownership of complex UI initiatives, influence technical direction, and deliver reliable experiences for enterprise users through thoughtful architecture and engineering practices.
- Design and develop new frontend experiences for a greenfield product area, contributing to architecture decisions, component structures, and coding standards.
- Lead technical design for features end-to-end, including API collaboration, frontend architecture, component implementation, and testing strategies.
- Build complex, data-driven interfaces using modern React and TypeScript practices while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Translate product and design requirements into production-ready user experiences, providing technical and UX input when needed.
- Create and maintain robust unit and integration testing practices using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Establish reusable patterns, shared components, and engineering standards that will guide future development.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to define solutions and deliver roadmap initiatives.
- Incorporate AI-powered development tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency, experimentation, and engineering productivity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
The ideal candidate is an experienced frontend engineer who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys creating scalable solutions from the ground up. You should have strong React expertise, excellent engineering judgment, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- 7+ years of frontend software engineering experience with expert-level knowledge of React 18+ and TypeScript.
- Proven experience building complex, data-intensive user interfaces such as tables, workflows, forms, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, and modern development practices.
- Experience with React Query (TanStack Query) or similar server-state management solutions.
- Strong testing discipline with experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
- Ability to work effectively with design systems and translate Figma concepts into high-quality production interfaces.
- Experience leading technical decisions from initial API discussions through implementation and validation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where you help define new processes and engineering standards.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Java or Kotlin is a plus.
- Experience building frontend platforms, monorepos, shared component libraries, or accessibility-focused enterprise applications is highly valued.
- Knowledge of endpoint management, IT operations, cybersecurity, or security-focused products is a plus.
- Competitive compensation, with base salary ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 annually depending on location and experience.
