We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions that support complex sales and commerce processes.
The role focuses on architecting solutions across CPQ platforms, Salesforce ecosystems, and digital commerce technologies.
You will play a key role in ensuring solution quality, integration effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive successful delivery across Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash processes.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining, designing, and overseeing CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs, technical standards, and delivery objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and maintain the architectural integrity of CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions, including platform capabilities, integrations, and technical frameworks.
• Develop scalable solutions using CPQ technologies, Salesforce, and digital commerce platforms to support end-to-end sales processes.
• Provide architectural guidance across Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash workflows, including sales, pricing, configuration, and order management processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to translate requirements into effective solution designs.
• Manage workstream dependencies and ensure seamless integration between business processes and technology solutions.
• Support project delivery by reviewing technical designs, ensuring quality standards, and resolving architectural challenges.
• Identify opportunities to optimize service operations, improve solution performance, and enhance user experience.
• Contribute to solution governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support integration activities between CPQ platforms, Salesforce environments, and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in CPQ, Digital Commerce architecture, and enterprise solution delivery, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Required qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role focused on CPQ and digital commerce solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Conga CPQ, Conga Digital Commerce, Salesforce, or similar CPQ platforms.
• Solid understanding of Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between CPQ platforms, Salesforce, and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing models, product configuration, and order management workflows.
• Ability to create solution architectures, technical documentation, and design specifications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
