Lead Concrete Coating Installer in Oviedo, Florida at MS Consulting Firm

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team in the Oviedo area. This role is hands-on and involves leading a small crew, completing high-quality installations, and ensuring each job is done right, safely, and on time.

• Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, cleaning, crack repair)
• Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems
• Apply basecoats, flakes, and topcoats
• Lead a 1–2 person crew on-site
• Make sure all work meets quality standards
• Keep jobs on schedule

• Drive the company truck and transport materials/equipment
• Set up and clean up job sites
• Train and support team members
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• 2+ years of concrete coating or similar trade experience preferred
• Experience with grinders and concrete tools
• Crew lead or leadership experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role
• Dependable and ready to work full days

• $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
