What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, company-provided appointments (no cold calling)
• Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend HVAC solutions
• Present financing and pricing options clearly and confidently
• Close deals in the home
• Manage your schedule and follow-ups effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC preferred)
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Availability for evenings and weekends
