Litigation Attorney in Maitland, Florida at Cohen Law Group-Florida PA

Cohen Law Group is seeking an experienced Plaintiff-Side Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Greater Orlando, Florida area.

This position is well suited for an attorney with experience handling first-party property insurance litigation who is comfortable managing cases throughout the litigation process and working closely with clients, attorneys, and legal support teams.

Qualifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar
• Resides in the Greater Orlando area
• Experience with first-party property insurance litigation
• Experience managing cases from pre-suit through litigation and resolution
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and case-management skills
• Professional, clear, and effective communication with clients and colleagues
• Commitment to professional and ethical standards

Additional Bar Admissions: Admission to additional state bars is a plus!
