Director, Strategic Partner Alliances

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Strategic Partner Alliances based in the United States.

As Director, Strategic Partner Alliances, you will lead the development and growth of high-impact strategic partnerships across the technology ecosystem. You will own the partnership lifecycle from strategy and relationship development through commercialization, co-selling, contracting, and long-term value creation. The role combines executive relationship management, commercial leadership, technology expertise, and cross-functional program execution. You will work with major technology ecosystems spanning cloud, AI, customer experience, data, and business applications. Your work will help shape joint solutions, accelerate pipeline and revenue, and create differentiated value for customers. The environment is collaborative, commercially focused, and highly connected to emerging technology trends. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with a strong emphasis on strategic influence and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Identify, secure, develop, and scale strategic technology partnerships aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, establishing measurable targets for revenue, pipeline, adoption, and market growth.

  • Define compelling “better together” propositions that combine partner capabilities with differentiated customer solutions.

  • Drive joint go-to-market and co-selling motions, creating and advancing partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.

  • Lead partner participation in sales pursuits, RFPs, pitches, solution development, and strategic client engagements.

  • Manage commercial negotiations and partnership agreements in collaboration with legal, finance, sales, product, and other internal teams.

  • Design scalable partner enablement programs, playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks that support consistent execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, consulting, and delivery to ensure partnership initiatives progress against agreed milestones and KPIs.

  • Establish and maintain strong executive relationships within partner organizations, including regular business reviews, executive briefings, and joint steering sessions.

  • Act as a primary point of alignment and escalation for strategic partnerships, ensuring priorities, expectations, and commercial objectives remain connected.

  • Co-create innovative offerings that leverage AI, cloud, data, customer experience, and platform capabilities in response to evolving market needs.

  • Represent the business at partner, customer, and industry forums while contributing thought leadership around technology-led transformation.

  • Track partnership performance across revenue, pipeline, win rates, deal conversion, partner activation, delivery milestones, executive engagement, and governance metrics.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, accelerate time to first deal, increase partner adoption, and strengthen long-term commercial value.

Requirements
  • Deep expertise in at least one strategic technology partner ecosystem, such as NICE, Microsoft, Google, or Cognigy, with the ability to establish credibility across adjacent technologies.

  • Strong understanding of customer experience, business applications, cloud, data, and AI value propositions.

  • Demonstrated experience developing differentiated joint solutions and propositions focused on customer business outcomes.

  • Proven experience supporting bids, pitches, co-selling opportunities, strategic pursuits, and go-to-market initiatives with technology partners.

  • Ability to translate complex partner capabilities into clear and compelling messaging for sales, solution, consulting, and delivery teams.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly become effective within partner organizations.

  • Commercial acumen with experience identifying growth opportunities, negotiating agreements, and creating joint customer value.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution and structured program management.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across complex, cross-functional environments without relying solely on direct authority.

  • Strong understanding of ecosystem management, partner enablement, program design, revenue development, and technology-led innovation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and relationship-management skills.

  • A structured and methodical approach to developing scalable partnership models and repeatable go-to-market programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a credible technology and ecosystem partner while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States or maintain a valid U.S. residential address.

Benefits
  • Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary, plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance.

  • Competitive compensation, with actual salary determined based on factors including location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.

  • Fully remote, work-from-home position.

  • Full-time employment.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.

  • 401(k) retirement plan.

  • Paid time off and paid holidays.

  • Paid learning days and opportunities for professional development.

  • Comprehensive employee assistance program.

  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic partnerships, AI, cloud, customer experience, data, and emerging technology.

  • Collaborative environment with exposure to senior stakeholders, technology partners, clients, and cross-functional teams.

  • Background screening and identity verification may be required as part of the hiring process, where permitted by applicable law.
