LSI is expanding its network of independent freight-forwarding sales agents. This opportunity is intended for established, self-directed sales professionals who independently source and develop business and want access to LSI's multimodal capabilities, operational support, and customer-service platform.

What You Will Do· Independently identify, pursue, and originate freight and logistics opportunities that align with LSI's capabilities and risk standards.
· Choose your own sales methods, schedule, work location, prospecting approach, and business-development activities.
· Introduce qualified customers and provide complete shipment, lane, pricing, volume, and service information needed for review.
· Coordinate with LSI on solution design, pricing, credit approval, implementation, and ongoing customer service.
· Communicate LSI's capabilities accurately and avoid commitments that have not been approved or confirmed.
· Maintain professional, ethical, and compliant interactions with prospects, customers, vendors, and industry partners.
· Protect confidential information, customer data, rates, and business relationships.
· Remain responsible for your own business expenses, taxes, insurance, licensing, equipment, and work methods, as required by the written agreement and applicable law.
Requirements: What You Will Bring· Established experience selling freight forwarding, transportation, customs, or related logistics services.
· A credible customer network or active pipeline capable of producing profitable shipments.
· Ability to operate an independent business without employee-style supervision, scheduling, training, or expense support.
· Working knowledge of freight pricing, gross profit, customer qualification, and operational feasibility.
· Professional judgment and communication consistent with representing a high-service logistics provider.
· Ability to comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations, including confidentiality and brand standards.
· Appropriate business registration, tax documentation, and insurance, if required by the final agreement.
How Success Will Be Measured· Qualifying originated customers begin shipping and produce collectible gross profit.
· Customer opportunities are accurately represented and operationally executable.
· Business is profitable, serviceable, compliant, and aligned with LSI's customer standards.
· The agent communicates responsibly and protects LSI's reputation and business relationships.
CompensationThis is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. The agent will receive 50% of gross profit on qualifying business they originate, as defined in the final written agreement. There is no salary, draw, employee benefit, guaranteed payment, or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses. Compensation is earned only when qualifying business is delivered and the agreement's commission conditions are satisfied.
Independent Contractor RelationshipThis opportunity is for an independent business professional. The parties will define their relationship in a written independent contractor agreement. The agent controls the manner, methods, schedule, and location of their business-development activity, subject to applicable law, customer commitments, and LSI's service, confidentiality, compliance, and brand standards. Nothing in this posting creates an employment relationship or guarantees compensation.
