Job Description:

We are looking for an Air & Ocean Import Coordinator position. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing airfreight and ocean freight shipments while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone who is self-motivated eager to get the job done and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage airfreight and ocean freight shipments
• Work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Assist with tracking and reporting shipment statuses
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and troubleshoot any issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments
• Learn and grow within the logistics industry, expanding your knowledge and skill set
• Provide pricing quotes
• Review carrier invoices and customer billing for accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred but not mandatory
• 3-5 years of experience in airfreight and ocean freight operations (required)
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
