This role is part of a global HR digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing the employee and candidate experience through Workday. You will play a key role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday HCM and Recruiting processes across a multi-country environment. The position involves close collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, COEs, IT, and regional HR teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle, ensuring efficient, data-driven, and user-centric recruiting processes. With strong exposure to global operations, this role combines functional expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on Workday configuration. It is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting technology, process optimization, and delivering impactful HR digital solutions at scale.
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Recruiting and Core HCM functionalities in a global, multi-country environment.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions that improve hiring and candidate experience.
- Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition process improvements, ensuring alignment across recruiting workflows, data, and integrations.
- Analyze HR and recruiting data to support decision-making, monitor adoption, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Participate in Workday release reviews, assessing new features and coordinating testing and implementation for Recruiting and HCM modules.
- Lead or support small-to-medium HR digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
- Support testing activities, including test planning, test case creation, and UAT coordination to ensure system quality and stability.
- Maintain and update user documentation and support materials for Workday processes.
- Contribute to special HR initiatives such as reorganizations, acquisitions, or structural changes when required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in configuration, testing, and system support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and optimization in global environments.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes and HR system impacts.
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, distributed teams across different time zones.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to manage complex data and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with Workday security and integrations is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with AI-driven HR solutions and active engagement with Workday community practices is a plus.
