About the Role:
Civility Management Solutions (CivilityMS) is seeking a Mid-Level Performance & Budget Analyst / PA&E Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support recurring federal reporting cycles, analytical reporting activities, executive reporting deliverables, data reconciliation efforts, and stakeholder coordination activities supporting high-visibility federal reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and reporting skills, experience supporting executive-level reporting environments, and the ability to operate effectively within recurring reporting cycles and deadline-driven federal environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of federal analytical, reporting, budget, financial, governance, or program-support experience
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting environments
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced federal environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- DHS or DoD experience preferred
- Experience supporting federal reporting or performance-management environments
- Familiarity with GPRA/GPRAMA or OMB reporting processes preferred
- Experience supporting recurring federal reporting cycles and iterative review processes preferred
- Experience supporting executive briefings, analytical reporting, or governance reporting activities preferred
- Experience supporting reconciliation, measure validation, and reporting coordination activities preferred
- Familiarity with Section 508 reporting requirements preferred
Preferred Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
Responsibilities:
- Support executive-level financial and performance reporting activities
- Assist with AFR/APR and recurring federal reporting support activities
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and quality review activities
- Support preparation of reports, briefings, charts, tables, and presentation materials
- Support recurring reporting schedules, milestone tracking, and deliverable coordination
- Assist with measure validation, reporting coordination, and analytical reporting activities
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs, deliverable updates, and review comments
- Support executive-level reporting products and publication-ready deliverables
- Support version control, iterative draft reviews, and reporting workflow coordination
- Assist with Section 508-compliant reporting products as required
- Support surge-response activities during peak reporting and publication cycles
Security Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability/background investigation.
