- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities across multiple business units and growth initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on revenue trends, unit economics, customer performance, and operational KPIs to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Own monthly business reviews and quarterly reporting processes, delivering actionable recommendations that support executive decision-making.
- Build financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and long-term planning efforts.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams, marketing, sales, and operational stakeholders to improve profitability and business performance.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, memos, and reporting materials for board-level and leadership discussions.
- Monitor financial performance indicators and proactively recommend initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and competitive positioning.
- Support data-driven decision-making processes by translating financial insights into clear business recommendations and strategic actions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or related financial strategy roles within high-growth technology environments.
- Strong expertise in corporate and business unit financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience supporting SaaS, software, B2C, or technology-driven business models with a strong understanding of recurring revenue dynamics and cost structures.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner cross-functionally with executive leadership teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and growth-focused decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in remote environments.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and financial reporting systems is highly valued.
