We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated one-on-one in-home care for an adorable and sweet 3-year-old boy. He has a Cochlear Implant and receives nutrition through a G-tube. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young child’s life in a supportive home environment.

Shifts Avail:
• Eves: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 1:30pm - 7:30pm
• Weekend Day and Evening Shifts available - Flex hours

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
