As a Level 1 Security Officer, your role goes beyond simply observing and reporting. Our officers are trained to be professional problem-solvers who prioritize de-escalation, communication, and conflict resolution to maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients, employees, and the public. Our primary goal is de-escalation whenever possible.
