**This is an in-person position, at our Fort Worth facility**
**Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually**
SUMMARY:
The Product Advisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Works closely with contractors in their designated region and locates construction jobs where VoidForm products are specified. Recommends and educates customers on all appropriate products for each job, coordinates production and delivery of products to the jobsite to meet customer demands, within reason. The Product Advisor may also provide additional support to management as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs the following responsibilities in accordance with VoidForm policies and procedures, work rules, expectations, and behavior standards:
- Maintains customer relationships and ensures open lines of communication to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Visits job sites and calls on customers as needed or required. Balances time spent in the office and on the job site to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of VoidForm products and services.
- Obtains all proper information from customers to ensure sales orders are complete and accurate, to include sales order and project information.
- Uses knowledge of VoidForm products to educate the customer on entire VoidForm product line for each job.
- Responsible for coordinating, executing, and attending customer or jobsite meetings as needed or when requested.
- Updates notes in internal software and programs daily, to include any pertinent information related to the project.
- Collaborates with internal departments to ensure correct products are delivered on time to the jobsite.
- Advises customers on the proper installation procedures and techniques for all products as needed; serves as a subject matter expert to advise on installation challenges in the field.
- Provides customers with accurate quotes, sales orders, and may assist contacting project managers for delinquent payments to avoid a stoppage on the jobsite.
- Prepares and maintains project folders in internal software and programs.
- Completes monthly expense reports in accordance with VoidForm policy and in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborates with Inside Product Advisors to submit new orders for processing while in the field.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on experience, skills, and business needs.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Training, and Experience Required)
- Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn the Access and VF Pro programs used at VoidForm.
- Preferred: 4- year degree or 2+ years equivalent in a sales or customer service role.

- Adept sales skills honed through previous sales experience working in the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
