We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our products are manufactured, documented, and released in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA regulations, and Natureplex quality standards.
Requirements:As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will:
- Perform manufacturing line clearances and quality inspections.
- Review GMP documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Support document control, controlled document issuance, and label issuance.
- Maintain Quality Assurance documentation and filing systems.
- Disposition raw materials and components for GMP use.
- Support deviation investigations, change controls, Annual Product Reviews (APRs), and quality system activities.
- Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections.
- Support product quarantines, retain samples, returned goods inspections, and other QA activities.
- Partner with Manufacturing to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and company procedures.
- Provide quality-related guidance and support throughout production operations.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and FDA regulations.
- Experience with document control systems.
- Experience performing manufacturing line clearances, material disposition, and in-process inspections.
- Experience supporting internal, customer, or regulatory audits.
- Knowledge of ALCOA documentation principles.
