As a Bilingual Presales Systems Consultant, you will support the full sales cycle by providing technical guidance, designing solutions, and helping customers achieve their business objectives through modern networking technologies.
- Partner with account managers and sales teams to develop account strategies, qualify opportunities, and drive technical success.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business goals, technical requirements, challenges, and modernization priorities.
- Conduct technical assessments to identify infrastructure gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and recommend end-to-end networking solutions across wired and wireless networking, routing, SD-WAN, security, and cloud-managed environments.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and virtual engagements tailored to technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, and bills of materials.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and specialists on complex opportunities requiring multi-domain expertise.
- Maintain strong knowledge of networking technologies, including campus networking, wireless solutions, routing, data center environments, and security platforms.
- Stay informed on emerging trends such as AI-driven networking, Zero Trust, Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), SASE, and modern infrastructure strategies.
- Analyze competitive technologies and communicate solution value clearly to customers.
- Continuously develop technical expertise through certifications, training, and industry learning.
The ideal candidate is a bilingual technical professional with experience in presales, systems engineering, or customer-facing technology roles. You should be comfortable translating complex networking concepts into business value and guiding customers through technology decisions.
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and French.
- 3–5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, systems consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including campus networks, wireless, routing, and WAN environments.
- Experience with modern networking architectures such as SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, or cloud-managed networking.
- Ability to conduct technical discovery sessions and identify customer needs.
- Strong solution design and architecture skills, with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with sales teams, architects, engineers, and specialists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred certifications include Aruba ACA/ACP, Juniper JNCIA, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet FCA/FCP, or CWNA.
