Strategic Partnership Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional to play a key role in managing and expanding a growing fintech partner ecosystem. Working at the intersection of partnerships, product, sales, and operations, you will help drive collaboration across a diverse network of technology providers and financial services partners. You will act as a trusted liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and long-term success. Accountabilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with fintech and technology partners, ensuring productive communication, alignment, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Lead recurring partner meetings, track action items, and maintain strong engagement across the partner ecosystem.
  • Monitor partner product updates, integration enhancements, roadmap developments, and market changes, sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Support Sales and Account Management teams as a subject matter expert on partner solutions and identify opportunities for cross-selling and client growth.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding, internal training programs, educational sessions, and enablement resources to strengthen team knowledge and effectiveness.
  • Assist with commercial activities including pricing requests, contract renewals, discount approvals, and partner program administration.
  • Track partner performance metrics, monitor trends, and provide recommendations to improve partnership outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams to resolve integration issues, support escalations, and ensure successful partner engagements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of partnership playbooks, operational processes, and best practices that support long-term scalability.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in technology partnerships, strategic account management, fintech, SaaS, digital banking, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with confidence engaging in partner-facing and client-facing discussions.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex technology solutions and communicate their value clearly to business and sales audiences.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage commitments effectively, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, implementation, and customer-facing teams.
  • Familiarity with financial services, credit unions, community banking, or fintech ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Exposure to commercial discussions, pricing processes, contract management, or negotiations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and growth-oriented approach.
