Responsibilities
· Working with Marketing Operations Manager and Regional Marketing Managers to implement and execute marketing initiatives for our growing portfolio
· Manage the onboarding and upkeep of marketing systems for optimal usage and data integrity
· Executing the onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of our property websites including copywriting, user experience enhancements, and search engine optimization
· Website content and concession updates
· Understanding sales and leasing workflows and tracking and reporting on key performance indicators on a regular basis
· Overseeing marketing systems onboarding and maintenance as directed
· Developing email marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
· Understand and communicate prospect and resident sentiment through reputation management softwares
· Secondary research on new market trends and competitors
· Analyze and report on marketing performance
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Experience in real estate property management, leasing, and/or B2C marketing preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
- Computer skills:
- Office365 including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Website management platforms — experience with RentCafé and WordPress preferred
- Mass email platforms including MailChimp and Constant Contact
- Graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience with Engrain interactive site maps preferred
- Digital marketing channels:
- Google platforms including Analytics, Search Console, Business Profiles, and Ads
- Enhanced knowledge of SEO practices preferred
- Social media platforms including Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Reporting systems like Funnel CRM and Remarkably
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills — communicates clearly, concisely, positively, and professionally
- Able to interact with wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, inquisitive, motivating, energetic, and results-driven.
- Willingness to learn and explore new strategies
- Flexible to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet changing deadlines

Compensation and Benefits for Marketing Specialist:
Pay Range: $60,900 - $76,100
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
