This role is a senior leadership position focused on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across commercial functions within a leading diagnostics environment. You will play a pivotal role in embedding the Danaher Business System (DBS) across teams, enabling scalable performance improvements and long-term strategic impact. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership to shape commercial strategies, improve key performance metrics, and strengthen organizational capabilities. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that directly influence growth, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a highly visible role where you will act as both a strategic advisor and an execution leader, ensuring consistent adoption of lean principles and performance discipline. You will also champion a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and structured problem-solving. - Drive the deployment and consistent application of Danaher Business System (DBS) principles across commercial operations in the region.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify performance gaps and define improvement strategies across growth, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement practices and strengthen operational discipline.
- Organize and facilitate Kaizen events and structured improvement initiatives aligned with policy deployment objectives.
- Develop and deliver DBS training programs to build capability and ensure consistent adoption across teams.
- Monitor commercial performance metrics and support the execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote best practice sharing across functions and ensure alignment with global operational standards.
- 15+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or transformation roles, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in commercial environments with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in lean methodologies, DBS, or similar operational excellence frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
