CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring an ICT SYSTEM SPECIALIST to support our Information, Communication, and Technology team in cross‑functional operational activities. This role is responsible for providing infrastructure and process support for ICT to manufacturing plant operations, including the implementation of various applications that are critical to meeting the plants SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale) objectives.
What You’ll Do (Key responsibilities, not limited to)
- Supporting both Office and Shopfloor environments and interfacing directly with management staff and plant floor personnel
- Realize ICT Governance by maintaining and enforcing ICT standards and guidelines within the local ICT infrastructure
- Supporting Shopfloor system integration and development
- Microsoft Office Suite, Server and workstation implementation and troubleshooting
- Creation of technical procedures and documentation for applications
- Participate in weekly meetings with management to discuss progress and issues to be resolved.
- Manage ICT projects
- VM Ware integration and technical support
- Daily support of assigned ICT Tickets within our internal ticketing system
What You Bring
- University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or relevant practical experience
- 3+ years work experience (preferred in manufacturing environment)
- Demonstrate appropriate business discipline and acumen
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
- Analytical skills to assess application systems, end user needs, identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Exposure to Exchange and SharePoint environments
- Extensive experience in client/server distributed computer systems.
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Strong competencies in server platform installations and support
- Knowledge of VM Ware with regards to installation, creation, and support
Work Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Full‑time, On-site, Manufacturing Operations
- Hours: ROTATING DAY AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS. Weekend work depending on position when scheduled as per customer demand
- Overtime: As required, in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation
- Compensation Range: $60,000–$80,000 annual
This range reflects our current expectations as of this posting’s date. Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical locations, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
