Drive Operational Performance in a High-Impact Airport Role
We are seeking a corporate operations professional to work as an individual contributor and subject matter expert to translate complex operational data, processes, and performance metrics into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation and flowcharts [AG1] that drives decision-making and consistency across our airport portfolio.
This role serves as a central documentation and coordination hub between corporate leadership and airport teams, ensuring operational standards, maintenance programs, and performance expectations are clearly defined, consistently communicated, and effectively executed across all locations.

You will work directly with executive leadership and airport teams to drive clarity, consistency, and performance across complex, multi-site operations. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on bringing structure to dynamic environments, translating unstructured processes into actionable and repeatable flows, and influencing operational excellence at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a subject matter expert and individual contributor to collect organization information and data to take a hands-on approach to develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and documentation across airport operations and maintenance programs
- Translate complex operational, financial, and commercial data and processes into clear, actionable insights and executive-level communication
- Build and manage dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting tools to communicate performance, risks, and trends and support data-driven decision-making
- Drive cross-site alignment through process standardization, structured documentation, and coordination across operations, maintenance, safety, and corporate teams
- Deliver concise executive reporting and site-level guidance to ensure clarity, accountability, and consistent execution across locations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through performance analysis, operational feedback, and the implementation and adoption of operational systems and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, industrial processes, operations management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, business performance , or process improvement in a complex environment
- Experience developing documentation, reporting, and communication tools for operational teams
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Visio skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is considered a plus but not required
- Strong ability to translate current unstructured processes into clear, executive-level documentation, communication and actionable insights
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be eligible to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional overnight stays.
- Must comply with applicable corporate facilities and airport access requirements when traveling to operational sites.
