Partner Relationship Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Relationship Manager – Strategic Technology Partnerships in the United States.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role focused on building and scaling a next-generation technology partner ecosystem within a fast-evolving SaaS environment.
You will lead the strategic development of alliances with key technology providers across AI, data, cloud, and composable architectures.
The role combines ecosystem strategy, partner acquisition, and commercial ownership to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
You will operate as a key bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to unlock joint go-to-market opportunities.
This is a “build-from-scratch” opportunity to define how strategic technology partnerships are structured, monetized, and scaled globally.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on AI-powered digital experience solutions.
Your work will directly influence partner-driven growth, market expansion, and long-term competitive differentiation.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and scale strategic technology partnerships across assigned territory, managing relationships end-to-end from onboarding through joint revenue generation.
  • Define and prioritize key partner categories (AI models, orchestration platforms, data/CDPs, vector search, commerce, hyperscalers) and build a targeted partner pipeline.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-sell motions, integrated solutions, and partner-driven demand generation.
  • Identify, structure, and launch new strategic alliances aligned with product roadmap and business priorities.
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert for technology partnerships within the global sales organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to optimize partner impact and execution.
  • Track performance against OKRs, KPIs, and revenue targets while continuously improving partner program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem strategy within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record working with AI infrastructure and foundation model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) or similar ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud, data platforms, composable/DXP architectures, or related enterprise technology landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic partner programs with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate partnerships using financial and strategic metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Highly autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support partner and business development initiatives.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, plus variable compensation based on performance and experience.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to shape and build a global strategic partner ecosystem from the ground up.
  • High-growth, innovation-driven culture focused on AI and modern digital experience technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with leadership visibility across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Access to a dynamic, global team with a strong emphasis on learning, experimentation, and ownership.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture that values autonomy, creativity, and impact.
