Job Description

SAP SD Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a SAP SD Analyst in Spain.

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling digital mobility business, where you will ensure the stability and continuous improvement of critical Order-to-Cash processes within a complex SAP landscape. You will act as both a functional expert and a hands-on problem solver, bridging business teams and technology to keep commercial operations running smoothly and efficiently. The position combines operational ownership with project-driven responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to influence end-to-end SAP SD processes at scale. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams in a highly cross-functional and agile environment. A strong focus is placed on standardization, clean core principles, and scalable system design. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing international organization shaping the future of mobility and digital commerce.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for SAP SD operations, supporting key processes such as pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, remarketing billing, and identifying root causes of system or process issues.
  • Own and continuously improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process end-to-end, ensuring seamless integration between sales, delivery, billing, and FI-AR accounting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales order and billing workflows while ensuring alignment with SAP standard practices and clean core principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Fleet, Finance, and Operations to enhance process efficiency and system performance.
  • Support and document best practices to enable scalable system usage and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Contribute to SAP project implementations, including solution design, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and support integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) to connect S/4HANA with internal and external systems.
  • Proactively identify automation, configuration, and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience across SAP SD processes.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, ideally within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and SD-FI integration, including billing, revenue posting, credit management, and account determination.
  • Experience with SAP integration tools such as CPI and SAP BTP for interface design and system connectivity.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations or large-scale rollouts, preferably involving O2C processes.
  • Strong commitment to SAP standardization principles and clean core architecture, with a preference for minimizing custom development.
  • Ability to move between detailed technical problem-solving and high-level functional or project coordination tasks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; familiarity with Agile methodologies and adjacent data systems is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary between €68,000 and €81,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Participation in a virtual stock option plan (VSOP), offering long-term equity incentives.
  • Annual personal development budget of €1,500 to support continuous learning and growth.
  • Flexibility to work remotely within Europe/EMEA or from a modern Munich office.
  • Relocation and visa support for employees and their families when applicable.
  • Employee discount programs, including access to mobility solutions and company services.
  • Strong focus on career progression within a high-growth, international startup environment.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture built on collaboration, ownership, and impact.
