Job Description

IDE Technical Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IDE Technical Coordinator based in the United States.

This role supports the technical operations of an international online education program serving thousands of participants across multiple countries. You will coordinate the systems and integrations that power teacher registration, learning, communication, and progress tracking throughout each cohort. The position combines hands-on systems administration, data quality, automation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work across platforms including Salesforce, TalentLMS, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Zapier to keep information accurate and workflows running smoothly. As multiple cohorts operate simultaneously, your ability to diagnose issues, prioritize competing demands, and improve processes will have a direct impact on program delivery. This is an opportunity to contribute technical expertise to a mission-driven, globally distributed environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Configure and maintain cohort environments across TalentLMS, Salesforce, WordPress, WooCommerce, and related systems.
  • Set up registration processes, including cohort costs, registration periods, forms, payment methods, school enrollment, user groups, and appropriate Salesforce permissions.
  • Test registration workflows before launch and troubleshoot issues involving registration, permissions, authentication, payment gateways, and cross-platform data synchronization.
  • Create and maintain cohort FAQ pages while incorporating feedback from country leads and recurring participant needs.
  • Import courses into Salesforce and support course and LMS quality assurance.
  • Produce weekly Salesforce progress reports, validate data, identify errors, and release course reports and results through TalentLMS.
  • Export end-of-term results to Salesforce and investigate synchronization issues between TalentLMS and Salesforce.
  • Develop scalable automations and monitoring processes to identify synchronization and data-quality issues proactively.
  • Perform manual data updates when exceptional circumstances require intervention and ensure accurate records across systems.
  • Coordinate end-of-term reporting, review scores and discrepancies with the program team, and support the distribution of results to teachers.
  • Deactivate completed cohorts in Salesforce and remove corresponding TalentLMS branches.
  • Troubleshoot system automations and collaborate with HR, IT, in-country leads, and other stakeholders on technical impacts and solutions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide additional technical and systems support as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least two years of professional IT experience, particularly in systems integration or technical systems support.
  • Practical knowledge of an LMS, with TalentLMS experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and Salesforce-based data management.
  • Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Zapier or a comparable workflow automation and integration platform.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with the capacity to resolve complex technical and data synchronization issues.
  • Experience with LMS course design or administration.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and technology-based communication skills.
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed international teams.
  • Knowledge of PHP, Linux, or MySQL is a plus.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and personal values aligned with a mission-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.

Benefits:

  • Competitive nonprofit compensation based on education, qualifications, and experience.
  • Full-time remote position with the flexibility to work virtually from the United States or an eligible operating country.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with a globally distributed team across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Meaningful opportunity to support international teacher education and technology-enabled learning initiatives.
  • Exposure to a diverse technology environment spanning Salesforce, TalentLMS, WordPress, WooCommerce, Zapier, and related systems.
  • Varied responsibilities across systems administration, automation, data quality, technical support, and program operations.
  • Annual all-staff meeting, with the location alternating between the United States and an international destination.
  • Regular travel is not expected, aside from the required annual all-staff meeting.
