Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant. This role leads the management team, drives sales and profitability, ensures operational excellence, and maintains a positive guest and team experience while complying with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain management and hourly team members

• Drive sales growth and control costs to meet or exceed financial goals

• Ensure consistent execution of food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and service quality

• Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans as needed

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, labor, and company policies

• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or retail management experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Basic financial and business acumen
