Windham Mountain Club is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our dining outlets.

Pay: 85-105K per year

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and high service standards
- Lead, coach, and schedule staff; manage hiring and performance
- Partner closely with the Chef to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor labor, payroll accuracy, inventory, and cost controls
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Track financial performance, including P&L and sales trends
- Conduct team trainings, meetings, and daily briefings
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable in high-volume, high-energy settings
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook); TIPS certification required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule:
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours
