Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
• Perform ongoing assessments of vital signs, airway status, pain levels, and overall recovery.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other members of the care team.
• Provide patient and family education regarding postoperative care and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing – required
• Active and unencumbered RN license – required
• Minimum of 1 year of PACU nursing experience – required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Compensation: $31.00-$36.00/HR

Location: Los Alamos, NM
