Join our team! We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing our facilities while supporting daily operations and ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment.

  • This is a Full-time position
  • Pay rate: $21-23 /hour

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain, clean, and perform minor repairs throughout the facilities.
  • Operate and perform routine checks on facility equipment.
  • Maintain wash areas, fuel stations, floors, and work areas.
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance.
  • Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep facilities, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
  • Work closely with managers, technicians, and team members as needed.
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dependable and able to work well with others.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a positive attitude and leadership skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
