Join our team! We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing our facilities while supporting daily operations and ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment.

- Pay rate: $21-23 /hour

What You’ll Do
- Maintain, clean, and perform minor repairs throughout the facilities.
- Operate and perform routine checks on facility equipment.
- Maintain wash areas, fuel stations, floors, and work areas.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance.
- Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Keep facilities, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Work closely with managers, technicians, and team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable and able to work well with others.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a positive attitude and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
