Banco Sabadell is seeking a Private Banking Admin candidate to join a dynamic team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Assist Private Bankers in the preparation of call reports, visit reports, KYCs, investment profile updates, credit proposals, and any other document requirements.

• Assist Private Bankers in the update of account documentation for existing accounts.

• Prepare documentation for account openings and investment portfolios following the established compliance guidelines.

• Coordinate and help execute transfers, foreign exchanges, investment orders, and new time deposit or renewal requests from external and internal clients.

• Execute orders received by telephone calls, faxes, email, or mail.

Requirements

• An Associate's, Bachelor’s degree or a four-year degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 2-5 years of related experience or training.

• Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently (required) , Portuguese (preferred).

• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in the use of PC tools and Microsoft Office.

• Customer service oriented.
