JOB TITLE: CHANNEL COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Guardian is seeking an organized and proactive Channel Coordinator to support our channel sales efforts and ensure seamless communication and coordination across partners, distributors, and internal teams. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the performance and efficiency of Guardian's sales channels, fostering strong relationships, and driving the success of our products and services.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing support and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage channel programs, including onboarding, training, and promotional initiatives, to ensure alignment with Guardian's overall sales strategy.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of tradeshow assets, ensuring all materials and products are prepared, organized, and arrive at the tradeshow destination on time.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize channel sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update partner documentation, agreements, and sales tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align channel activities with company goals and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives tailored for channel partners.
  • Track and report on channel program success, delivering regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Support the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise within the channel network to maintain strong partnerships.
  • 10% - 20% travel required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Some college credits or 2+ year work equivalent in marketing, business or a related field
  • Proven experience in channel coordination, sales support, or a similar role within a dynamic organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for Guardian's mission and products, with a commitment to fostering partnerships that drive growth.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ plus years of experience in channel marketing
  • Experience managing to top-line and bottom-line targets
  • Experience in the commercial construction and/or industrial segments
  • Experience with regulated and compliance driven product lines
  • Experience working in the fall protection or safety products industry
  • Experience pulling sales through distribution
