The team at Vancouver City Centre Dental located in Vancouver, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Office Manager on a full-time basis.
The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team.
Our office is very modern with state of the art technology. We are a busy practice with an exceptional team to which we want to add on to. We are minutes away front he skytrain stations.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Full-time position status
- Temporary employment (to cover maternity leave for 12 months)

SCHEDULE:
- 34 hours per week
- 5 days of the week, M 8-2pm, Tues-Th 9am-5pm, F 9-2pm
- No evenings or weekends!
- Temporary contract: start as early as Nov until Jan 2028.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 year of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
