Our agency is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN who enjoys working directly with patients and is committed to providing high-quality care. You will play an important role in supporting our clinical teams and helping ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care.

Our Day Shift LPNs work 5am - 1pm Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs patient nursing assessments including medical history collections, checking vital signs, and medical testing including TB tests, pregnancy tests, EKG tests, and influenza and covid tests.
  • Administers medication to patients as ordered by the Physician including methadone and suboxone doses in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Provides patient education and health teachings relative to patient care, as directed by the Physician.
  • Acts as a team player and provides ongoing support and assistance in all medical office functions.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and high-level quality care that supports whole-person treatment through integrative health services.
Requirements:
  • Current Ohio LPN Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of Chemical Dependency preferred
