Position: Full-Time | Multi-Facility Clinical Support
Compensation: 80k-85k

Quadrant Health Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Primary Therapist to support our behavioral health and addiction treatment programs throughout Orange County, California.

This position includes providing clinical services across multiple Orange County treatment facilities based on operational needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients receiving substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment.

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling sessions.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with clinical directors, medical professionals, and treatment teams.

• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate appropriate higher-level evaluations when necessary.

• Support clinical operations across designated Orange County facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active California clinical license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and counseling skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to travel between assigned Orange County facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating substance use disorders, addiction, or co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Experience in residential treatment, detoxification, or behavioral health settings.

• Familiarity with DHCS and Joint Commission standards.

• Experience using electronic health record systems.
