Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preference will be given to applicants with availability 7am-4pm; schedule varies based on business needs.

You'll be the first point of contact for every customer - building rapport, understanding their car care habits, and confidently recommending the services and membership packages that fit their routine.

Your ability to read customers, ask the right questions, and make tailored recommendations will directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earnings through our membership commission program.

Engage with every guest to understand their car care needs and recommend the best service optionEducate guests on wash services and unlimited membership packages, helping them see the value and convenienceBuild rapport quickly by picking up on cues about how customers use and care for their vehiclesProvide professional service explanationsAnswer questions about our services and help guests make confident decisionsEscalate complaints or complex concerns to managementPerform vehicle preparation and loading duties with demonstrated proficiencyOperate designated tunnel controls as assignedProcess customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) systemMaintain cash-handling accuracy and accountabilityPromote membership sales programsMaintain site cleanliness and safety standardsWork closely with your team to deliver a seamless guest experience and support daily operational goalsComply with the Company’s Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferredStrong communication skills and genuine interest in helping peopleAbility to read customers and adapt your approach based on their needsComfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in all weather conditionsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and POS system experiencePositive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and motivation to succeedReliable attendance and schedule flexibilityAt least 18 years old or possess High School diploma (or equivalent)
