iRise - Program Director in northern kentucky, Kentucky at Community Inclusion LLC

The Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and day-to-day operations of the iRise program. This position provides clinical and administrative oversight to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services for children, youth, and families while maintaining compliance with Kentucky regulations, contractual requirements, and organizational policies. The Program Director supervises staff, monitors program performance, develops community partnerships, and promotes positive outcomes for participants.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health, child welfare, social services, or a related field.
• Experience managing programs, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Kentucky behavioral health, child welfare, and community resources preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Valid Kentucky driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel as needed.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks and maintain any required certifications and training.
