This is a senior content production opportunity focused on growing and elevating high-profile gaming and entertainment channels.
You’ll own the content lifecycle from ideation and strategy through production, post-production, publishing, and performance optimization.
The role combines creative leadership with hands-on channel management, audience development, and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll collaborate with producers, directors, editors, marketers, designers, and talent to deliver compelling multimedia content at scale.
You’ll also mentor production team members, improve workflows, and establish repeatable processes that support sustainable growth.
Success requires a strong understanding of YouTube and other social platforms, excellent storytelling instincts, and a sharp eye for emerging trends.
This is a fully remote role in a fast-paced environment where creativity, ownership, and high-quality execution are highly valued.
- Develop and execute content strategies covering channel growth, ideation, thumbnails, titles, audience engagement, publishing cadence, and optimization.
- Manage assigned brand channels, overseeing daily uploads, metadata, content calendars, and overall channel performance.
- Lead creative ideation by developing formats, hooks, introductions, talking points, and concepts designed to maximize audience engagement.
- Write, refine, and coach scripts and outlines while helping talent translate concepts into engaging, on-brand content.
- Manage pre-production activities, coordinate talent bookings, and direct recordings when required.
- Oversee post-production and provide final editorial feedback to ensure content consistently meets creative, technical, and brand standards.
- Manage and mentor Associate Content Producers and other supporting staff by delegating work, providing day-to-day direction, and conducting regular one-on-one development conversations.
- Coordinate with directors, post-production teams, marketing and sponsorship stakeholders, thumbnail artists, and other cross-functional partners to align priorities and deliverables.
- Manage production workflows and workloads using project management platforms such as Asana, ensuring projects remain organized and deadlines are met.
- Monitor content performance using metrics such as click-through rate, average view duration, average percentage viewed, and CPM, and conduct A/B testing when appropriate.
- Track YouTube analytics, algorithm changes, platform trends, and audience behavior to inform content strategy and channel development.
- Research emerging technologies, production techniques, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Maintain and improve SOPs, templates, checklists, and other production resources to increase consistency and scalability.
- Support capacity planning, risk identification, production forecasting, and resolution of workflow disruptions.
- 5+ years of content creation or production experience, including at least 4 years managing branded content.
- Proven experience managing large-scale YouTube channels or successful personal channels, with a strong understanding of content pipelines, channel operations, and brand strategy.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok algorithms, platform policies, audience behaviors, and content trends, particularly within gaming and lifestyle categories.
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy, audience growth, storytelling, packaging, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative ideation and translate concepts into compelling formats, hooks, scripts, and finished content.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and directing producers or other creative professionals across multiple projects.
- Strong project and workflow management skills, with experience using tools such as Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with G-Suite or comparable productivity tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; basic knowledge of Photoshop or related creative tools is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong command of English.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to inform creative and strategic decisions.
- A collaborative, team-oriented leadership style with the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

- Base salary range of $65,000–$90,000 annually, with final compensation determined by factors including location, skills, education, experience, and internal pay equity.
- Eligibility for an annual discretionary profit-sharing or incentive bonus program, subject to applicable plan terms.
