This is a senior strategic leadership role focused on helping enterprise organizations connect technology investment to measurable business value.
You will advise executive stakeholders on Technology Business Management (TBM), FinOps, IT Financial Management, and related value-optimization strategies.
The role combines client advisory, business development, solution design, and practice leadership in a highly consultative environment.
You will shape differentiated solutions, lead complex strategic pursuits, and translate sophisticated technology challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps.
The position also offers significant influence over go-to-market strategy, solution innovation, and the growth of enterprise client relationships.

- Lead the strategic growth and development of the solutions advisory function, aligning offerings with market trends, client priorities, and evolving technology platforms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-level stakeholders, translating complex technology, financial, and operational challenges into practical strategies and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead strategic sales pursuits, new-logo opportunities, and expansion initiatives, developing compelling value propositions, executive proposals, and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative upselling and cross-selling across existing enterprise relationships.
- Design and evolve scalable advisory solutions spanning Technology Business Management (TBM), FinOps, IT Financial Management (ITFM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Workforce & Capacity Management, and Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM).
- Partner with delivery, engineering, platform, sales, and marketing teams to ensure solutions are commercially compelling, technically feasible, repeatable, and aligned with client demand.
- Define business value, ROI, financial models, and value-realization frameworks that demonstrate the impact of technology transformation initiatives.
- Support successful solution adoption and measurable outcomes throughout client engagements, helping organizations optimize technology investments and operating models.
- Identify emerging market opportunities through industry research, customer challenges, competitive intelligence, and technology trends.
- Build and mentor distributed, high-performing advisory teams while strengthening internal capabilities, methodologies, and field enablement.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, executive presentations, conferences, analyst engagements, and thought leadership focused on technology value optimization and financial management.
- 10–15+ years of experience in technology consulting or internal delivery, with substantial exposure to ITFM, FinOps, TBM, Strategic Portfolio Management, or related technology-value disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of building practices, developing differentiated solutions, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
- Extensive experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong business development and consultative sales experience, including the ability to lead complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic pursuits.
- Deep understanding of technology financial management, cloud financial management, TBM frameworks, value realization, and technology investment optimization.
- Hands-on or strong functional experience with Apptio or comparable technology financial management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong experience leading distributed, high-performing teams and collaborating across sales, delivery, engineering, marketing, and platform organizations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, solution-design capabilities, and understanding of industry and market trends.
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while balancing client needs, commercial objectives, and long-term solution strategy.
