This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Transformation & AI Lead based in United States.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on delivering digital transformation across complex infrastructure programs. You will lead a major engagement while helping expand digital delivery, technology, and innovation initiatives across additional projects. The role combines hands-on project management with practical application of AI and emerging technologies in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) environment. You will work closely with owners, consultants, contractors, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. Your work will help improve project controls, collaboration, reporting, knowledge management, and decision-making. This is an opportunity to shape how modern construction technologies and AI are adopted across critical infrastructure programs.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of a major digital transformation program, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams working across BIM, digital engineering, project management information systems, analytics, and technology initiatives.
- Facilitate client meetings, project reviews, workshops, demonstrations, and executive status updates while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor performance, and ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed objectives and commitments.
- Support broader program management activities across multiple infrastructure projects and contribute to additional digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify practical opportunities to apply AI to improve project delivery, operational efficiency, reporting, document management, knowledge sharing, and project controls.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI capabilities into digital workflows and construction management processes.
- Drive adoption of new technologies through pilots, demonstrations, training, and user engagement, while staying current on AI developments relevant to the AEC industry.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business-focused AI use cases and translate emerging technology into measurable project and operational value.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor on digital delivery, construction technology, and innovation.
- Support the identification and development of opportunities to expand digital services and innovation programs.
- Represent the organization professionally in a client-facing environment and contribute to a collaborative, forward-looking culture across infrastructure programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital transformation, technology implementation, or digital delivery programs in complex project environments.
- Strong understanding of construction project delivery methodologies and experience working directly with owners, consultants, contractors, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities, including experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, and competing priorities.
- Practical knowledge of construction technology and digital delivery, including BIM, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, PMIS platforms, Common Data Environments, digital twins, GIS integration, and reality capture.
- Experience with platforms such as Kahua, Procore, Trimble Unity Construct/e-Builder, PMWeb, or comparable project management information systems.
- Understanding of AI and data technologies relevant to project delivery, including Azure AI Services, AI platforms, Power BI, Power Automate, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and data analytics.
- Ability to identify realistic, business-oriented AI use cases and guide their implementation within complex operational environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong client relationship and advisory skills, with the judgment and professionalism required to operate in a strategic client environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder confidence.
- A collaborative, innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to turn emerging technologies into practical solutions.

- Annual salary range of $134,100–$241,400 USD, with actual compensation based on relevant qualifications and experience.
