  • Contribute to engineering culture by promoting code quality, peer reviews, continuous delivery, and technical innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience implementing AI-assisted or specification-driven software development workflows and engineering practices.
  • Strong background in Linux/Unix environments and scripting using Python and Bash.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, including cloud security, networking, high-availability architectures, and autoscaling solutions.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container technologies such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, release automation, and deployment strategies including canary, blue/green, and A/B testing.
  • Experience working within platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring, logging, observability, performance management, and security monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of GitOps principles and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with API gateways, GitHub, Azure DevOps, multi-cloud environments, or service mesh technologies is considered a plus.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position based in Brazil.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI enablement and platform engineering initiatives.
  • Exposure to large-scale cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Collaborative and innovation-driven engineering culture.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
