HTI is hiring a CNC Setup Operator for a growing manufacturing company. We are seeking an experienced CNC professional who can independently set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC equipment to support high-quality production. Pay Rate

$26.00 per hour

Shift

1st Shift
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Set up, calibrate, and prepare CNC machines for production runs

• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters

• Load and verify CNC programs and machine settings

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

• Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency

• Perform routine machine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy

• Maintain setup, production, maintenance, and quality records

• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes

• Train machine operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Need

• Previous CNC setup experience required

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes

• Proficiency with G-Code and M-Code programming

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Experience selecting tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Technical training in CNC machining or manufacturing technology preferred
