## About the Position

EPIQ Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner dedicated to safety, dependable service, and strong daily performance. We are seeking an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who understands Amazon delivery tools, driver communication, route monitoring, and daily dispatch operations.

## Position Summary

The DSP Dispatcher helps keep the delivery day organized from route launch to completion. This role supports smooth dispatch operations, monitors driver progress, assists drivers throughout the day, and helps ensure performance expectations are met.

This position is best suited for someone who can communicate clearly, make quick decisions, solve problems as they happen, and stay organized in a busy delivery environment.

## Key Duties

Coordinate daily dispatch operations and support timely route launches

Monitor driver activity, route status, and progress using Cortex

Provide live assistance to drivers with rescues, route changes, reassignments, and troubleshooting

Track important delivery metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch

Arrange rescue plans and adjust routes as needed throughout the shift

Communicate with Amazon OTR leadership regarding daily operations and performance updates

Ensure company policies and Amazon standards are followed

Support driver coaching, accountability, and performance improvement

## Qualifications

Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required

Knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced work environment

Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and confident decision-making skills

Flexible availability, including weekends

Comfortable using computers, tracking data, and monitoring operational information
