EPIQ Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner committed to safe operations, teamwork, dependable service, and consistent daily results. We are seeking a skilled Amazon DSP Dispatcher with hands-on experience in Amazon delivery processes, driver communication, and the daily coordination needed to keep routes running efficiently.

## Position Overview

The DSP Dispatcher helps support the flow of daily delivery operations by keeping drivers informed, monitoring route progress, and assisting the team in meeting performance goals. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving issues as they arise, communicating with drivers, and making timely decisions in a busy delivery setting.

We are looking for a reliable and confident individual who can remain composed during high-pressure moments while helping maintain a positive, supportive, and performance-focused workplace.

## Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch activities and help routes begin smoothly and on schedule

Track driver movement, route status, and progress throughout the day using Cortex

Assist drivers in real time with rescues, route changes, reassignments, and troubleshooting

Review and manage important performance metrics such as DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch

Arrange rescue support and modify routes when operational needs change

Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership about daily operations, route updates, and performance

Help ensure drivers and team members follow company procedures and Amazon requirements

Support driver coaching, accountability, and continued performance development

## Requirements

Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required

Strong understanding of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities

Ability to handle multiple priorities while staying focused in a fast-paced environment

Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make timely decisions

Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts

Comfortable using computers, tracking data, and monitoring daily operational performance
