POSITION OVERVIEW

Amity Foundation is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Billing and Contract Compliance to oversee the organization's billing operations and ensure that all program contracts meet applicable financial compliance requirements. This is an on-site role based in Tucson, Arizona, the ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance leader with strong technical expertise, a collaborative management style, and a passion for supporting mission-driven work.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
• Demonstrated experience with billing operations and financial compliance monitoring, including:
  • Program contract billing
  • Financial compliance requirements and reporting
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Compliance monitoring and internal controls

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all organization billing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to program contract terms.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4 billing staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial compliance requirements applicable to all program contracts.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure billing and financial practices meet all applicable compliance requirements.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, identifying and resolving areas of risk.
• Partner with senior leadership and program staff to strengthen internal controls and billing processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analyses as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
