Folsom Lake Nissan is a family-owned dealership serving the Folsom and greater Sacramento area. We're growing our sales team and looking for a motivated, organized communicator to join us as a Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative.

About the Role

The Sales BDC Representative is the first point of contact for many of our customers — handling incoming leads, following up on inquiries, and setting appointments that connect customers with our sales Consultants. This role is critical to keeping our sales pipeline full and our customers well taken care of from their very first contact with the dealership. This position reports to the Sales Manager / Fixed Ops leadership.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from phone calls, website inquiries, chat, and online form submissions

• Make outbound calls to internet leads, past customers, and unsold showroom traffic

• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to meet with a sales Consultant

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system

• Follow up on equity mining leads and past service customers who may be good sales prospects

• Re-engage older leads and maintain ongoing communication to keep customers warm

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from first contact to showroom visit

• Provide friendly, professional communication that reflects well on the dealership What We're Looking For

• Strong phone and written communication skills

• Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and basic data entry

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads/appointments at once

• A positive, customer-first attitude

• Reliable and punctual — this is an on-site, full-time position

• Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person

Full-time, on-site at our Folsom location - 12610 Auto Mall Cir, Folsom, CA 95630. Some evening and/or weekend availability may be required based on dealership hours.
