Our front office is more than a check-in desk—it is the first impression of our practice and an important part of the patient experience. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced medical setting.

**This position REQUIRES candidates to be willing and able to travel to all our office locations in Naples, Fort Myers and Punta Gorda**
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for our patients by:
- Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitoring the reception area and keeping patients informed as needed
- Reviewing patient information and ensuring required forms and signatures are complete
- Entering and updating patient demographic and insurance information
- Verifying insurance coverage, benefits, referrals, and authorizations
- Answering incoming calls and providing accurate practice information
- Scheduling appointments, follow-up visits, diagnostic testing, and transfers of care
- Collecting patient payments and explaining financial responsibility
- Reviewing fee sheets for accuracy and entering charges
- Documenting and following up on missed appointments
- Supporting the front office team and assisting with other responsibilities as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of medical office experience (required)
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
