Full-Time Position

Are you a skilled, dependable, and hands-on maintenance professional? Join our team and help ensure our hotel remains safe, comfortable, and operating at its best for our guests and associates.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
• Complete preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment and hotel facilities.
• Assist with emergency repairs and unexpected maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and completed repairs.
• Work closely with hotel departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Follow all safety regulations, procedures, and hotel policies.

• Previous building maintenance, facilities, or engineering experience.
• Hospitality or hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, and work in confined spaces.
• HVAC, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
