Property Maintenance Technician at AR Sandri – Greenfield, Massachusetts

Sandri Energy is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and appearance of our facilities, ranging from our main corporate office in Greenfield to our diverse network of company-owned convenience stores and gas stations throughout New England.

The ideal candidate is a proactive "jack-of-all-trades" with a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with precision and care.

Facility Care: Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for building exteriors, parking areas, and interior finishes.

Construction & Renovation: Assist with and perform tasks for renovation projects, including concrete repair, light carpentry, tile installation, and general labor.

Fleet Safety: Ensure the safe operation and basic upkeep of assigned company vehicles.

Operational Support: Safely operate a work truck, hand tools, and specialized machinery to complete assignments efficiently.

Experience: Previous experience in construction and/or commercial building maintenance is preferred.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license in good standing is required.

Physical Ability: Must be comfortable performing physical labor and operating heavy machinery or hand tools as needed.
